Has anyone had any trouble contacting Renaissance Ink? I have been emailing and telephoning them to get status on a large order I placed and have not heard back from them.

Back when we used to get poll prizes, I had two gift cetificates to them. I was never able to contact them, by email or phone, to use the certificates. Perhaps snail mail might work, but I never tried it.

There is no "them" is there? Just one person. Maybe he is going to Historicon, and you can ask a friend to look him up.

TGreene it may have been considerate and informational to this thread to report that you received the large order (1 order with 2 additions) around the time you made this post, crossing in the mail so to speak. I also see emails I sent to you June 28 so I am guessing we must have had some contact.

Yes we are working on the Web Site and Cart problem. Hope to have it fixed over the weekend. We can still take orders through email jwirth4702@aol.com

The web site and cart are up and running. A hick-up with the web host had reset our account with old info.
