My WWII armies are exclusively Peter Pig, which it sounds are smaller than those from Flames of War. What buildings will work well with PP miniatures? I would hate that they look like hobbits when placed within the scenery. :-) Though in the US, I regularly order from around the world so am open to all suggestions. To start the ball rolling
I noticed that Najewitz has returned to 15mm. They look amazing. How do these work? link
I also saw the new Plast Craft. They also look good. Not sure how they work with PP though. Anyone own them?
Okay, I await advice. :-) |

You might consider the 15mm line from Miniature Building Authority. They should fit just fine with Peter Pig. link And of course, they are painted and fully assembled, with many of them converting to ruins. |

I have quite a few of the LANDMARK range of buildings. They appear a little small compared to my Battlefront infantry and might be a good fit. They were out of production for a while but I think they are available again through timecast. They are prepaints without lift off roofs. |

Musket Miniatures is great. They are also identical size to Battlefront's line (so close that I thought the same guy did both) |

Musket, Crescent Root, Hovels, Kerr and King, and Battlefield Accessories are all great lines for any 15mm. And to be honest, later sculpts from Peter Pig have scaled quite nicely with Battlefront's stuff. I mix them freely. Earlier PP are indeed a bit smaller, but more in girth than in height. |

I think it would be relevant to ask how the buildings are to be used. If you are doing skirmish gaming then bigger buildings are better (more room to move guys around to windows and through doors, for example). If, however, you are playing at a larger scale, like 1 stand = 1 platoon (Command Decision, Blitzkrieg Commander, etc.), then your buildings represent built-up areas and making their "footprint" on the table the right size is more important. |

Don't forget the large range of WW2 buildings that PP does! Scale creep/bad measuring is not as common in WW2 as other periods. This is because the figures need to look fine alongside 1/100th vehicles. So supersize 15mm are rare. I think you may have a good time mixing buildings to create your own conurbations! martin

When I did my WWII French village I used the Peter Pig Normandy buildings with the Landmark collection note by Truscott Trotter above and I think they looked great together. You can see my French town at link |

You need to stop linking your page, it makes me (and all of us imagine) feel inadequate.
