Very nice, smashingly painted
but the flag. too big/ and it can only be Paradegrund as flags post 1808 are forbidden in the field. I know traders will put one for you anyway. Also not too sure one can actually gallop and sound a trumpet unless already devoid of front teeth. |

So nice to see Prussian cuirassier – and big flags are "de look" for our tabletop armies |

GMB flags are all too big but quite wonderful. I did question that once on this forum and got a very detailed response which convinced me to put up with the out of scale effect. Still use GMB everytime
.but they are too big. The toothless trumpeter is as true as the flag being wrong, but every dozen troopers has an eagle and a trumpeter plus an officer
cos they look so good! |

Great work both on painting and photo! The flag is too big? probably yes, but in any case the general effect is beautiful. I used an Adolfo Ramos flag for my russian crimean war uhlans that, to me is really too big but probably is correct. The general effect is nice(in my opinion) but I do not know if is historically accurate. Please let me know your considerations (19th century message forum) |

Good lord. That's really nice. And – I am always torn between giving a unit (such as the above) a flag or not. Regulations are one thing, but tight formations with flying colors really give me 'this Napoleonic vibe' big time. That and I think that flags in 1/56 really are small. Just like hands or heads or bayonets. So scaling things up to optimize the TT experience is in my opinion very legit. |

Just about the best painted cavalry unit I've ever seen. Surprised to see heavy cavalry with bare hands, but I don't know my late Prussian cavalry as I should. |
