Hi everyone!

Here are remaining poses for the Epsilon Squads:

Also, these will also all have a choice of three separate heads.

We have 26 days to go and are at 82%!

If we get up to $2,000 USD everyone gets an extra squad for free and the remaining stretch goals allow us to produce heavy weapon squads and some more surprises as well!

Just got a couple of bucks from me!

Thanks!

We should have the Hura poses in the next day or so!

I would have liked to see a HQ squad or some hvy weapons as a stretch goal, then I'd be in.

whitphoto05 Jul 2014 4:55 p.m. PST

Heavy weapons are a stretch goal

Yes, both heavy weapons options for the Hura and Epsilon Squads are two of the first three stretch goals.

For the Epsilon Squads heavy support I'm debating between a heavily armed squad of mech.

In terms of a HQ squad what would you like to see? The command figure will have extra communication gear on them.

Munster05 Jul 2014 5:12 p.m. PST

Opps, didn't see the Hvy wpns! <blush> for a command squad, generally I look for a comms trooper, perhaps someone with something like a battle computer system or EW system and some form of observer team.

I'll go in to help and if HVY Epsilon gets there go for a bigger force, especially if there is a command squad :)

ps prefer grunts to Mech, but that is just my opinion!

Thanks!

I think the command trooper could easily be used as a comm/ew/fo guy. Combined with the different helmets will also help define the roll. You could give the comes guy the open helmet with eye piece, the EW operator the heavy armored version with no 'glass' and the forward observer the normal helmet.

If the Mechs would be anything like the concept art you have shown in the past I would definetivly want some! I have already backed for a platoon, but I might need to upgrade that when I see more of the command/heavies!

As for command, if you use your helmet idea, together with a a special backpack for the comms guy (bulkier, with an antennae) or maybe an arm-computer worked into his suit somehow? (think less bulky version of the fallout Pip-boy)

My 2 cents

What are you thinking in terms of command for the Hura?

The Captain of the Gate06 Jul 2014 6:25 a.m. PST

I'm in it for a platoon.

Still working out the details for the Hura command. But the epsilon command we have refined the idea.

The kneeling trooper will have extra equipment on the back that will come with a removable hatch. The hatch can either be glued closed or open. If open the command figure can be positioned so that it looks like he is consulting the information displayed on the back of the other trooper.

Similar to this idea:
