Thanks--those are quite fine. I was going to paint the SC Royalists using Old Glory black continentals mixed with continentals in floppy hats.

Doc, I'm sure they will look great. I particularly wanted my version to have a fair number in shirtsleeves and everyone in floppy hats…it proved a good way of using up some odds & ends figures.

Hi Sean.
I use mainly Vallejo and GW paints as well as a few of the Army Painter range. Also GW washes.
