She'd better make sure that hawk is well fed – just sayin'.

The fact it's typically impractical, for lack of a better term, armor aside, I can't say I can warm up to the paint job, either. Am I really the only one who thinks it looks absurdely like turquoise fetish latex with bronze straps?

Dear Freak From Vienna

Yes it does look like turqoise fetish latex with bronze straps, and the problem is????

High heels are impractical in the bush.

Hope she doesn't cut off something important when she draws her sword.

It would have been more appropriate if she had a Buck Rogers ray gun in a holster and was holding a robot falcon. The outfit just has that retro SF look.

Dear Ottoathome,

no matter what the kinkier remaissance faire goers in your area may claim, turquiose fetish latex is a bit far-fetched a material for fantasy armor.

Now as gamertom points out, a ray gun instead of a sword and the color scheme might make actual sese.

Dear Feak from Vienna

One member (I'm not) told me that the abbreviation SCA for Society of Creative Anachronism) also stands for "Society of Consenting Adults."

I view all this as burlesque. Most of the get ups here are merely for the boudoir not the battleground.

So Yah, if you want armor to be turquoise fetish latex- then lay on MacDuff.

Ps. The Bird is stuffed. Or else it's the God Horus. Pun intended.

Otto
