I want to order some of their Litko pieces, but need to ask a couple of questions first. I've rung four times and always got an answerphone. So I left a message. I also used their Contact Form on their website. So far no response. Are they on holiday or something? There's nothing apparent on their website to this effect. |

It's a busy time for shows for him. One every weekend for a while. Plus, he has another (day) job so getting the answerphone isn't a surprise. Erik is in my club so I'll check on him. |

I ordered some foam Monday night and got a note it was sent yesterday. Never had any issues with Erik. It's possible that with the day job, customer orders and maybe having to look into your questions it just took a while. |

Guys,
Thanks for the comments. We do try and provide a quick service as much as possible, or at least inform the customer of what is happening and the options open to them.
On saying that, I will take this opportunity to inform everyone that as from 11th July until 23rd July, we will be a vacation and orders will only be able to be dealt with on or after the 23rd July. Enquiries will be responded to as much as the holiday destination Wifi allows. Erik |

Website appears not to be working. Does anyone in the USA stock their foam trays? Am seeking ones for 1/144th scale B-17 and B-24 bombers, preferably already cut to size. |
