They have a peg in the bottom of the ship, if you want to dispense with the plastic base. They are nice models. |

My question is can i use the ships from the Sails of Glory range with the Trafalgar rules??? I seem to recall Trafalgar using the main mast for gunnery so basing should not be a problem. If you REALLY wanted ships on smaller bases, you could always drill a matching hole in the smaller base for the ship peg to pug into. |

You can use any ships you like. Don't worry about rebasing. Use them as-is. If anyone complains, smack them. |

Its your game, so you say. I think G.W. Trafalgar would work better for larger fleets. the scale is a bit out for 1-1200, but I think you could mix them with no big problem. just add a block under 1-1200 ship to make them taller, or as T. D. said "if anyone complains, smack them". I would say that if you walk away from the rules, but not the ships, Re-base them. Be safe and happy gaming Rory |
