These are some very nice 20 mm figures from TQD Castings.

Extra special nice! I have some, and they are fun to paint. I need to add some detail to mine!

Hi John

You have done a wonderful job on our figures and thanks for posting here as it is nice to see them in action

Look forward to seeing your soviet infantry painted up

Nothing says "Charge that Fascist machine gun" like a couple of NKVD troopers with PPSh in hand right behind you – like Zhukov says, "In the Red Army, it takes a very brave man to be a coward."

Great work – the blue trim really pops out!

If they are for Winter War, I don't think there would be many PPSh SMGs or propaganda references to Fascists to hand around.

Still does not make it a good idea to say no to NKVD folks…

Thank you.

These are very nice figures and Mark was very easy to work with it, as my requirements were quite specific.

I agree the NKVD were not armed with PPSh's but PPD-38/40 SMG's. You can see that some figures are modeled with a drum magazine while one has a box magazine.

I had not realised the stocks were wooden, so a slight re paint will be doen today.
