Nothing says "Charge that Fascist machine gun" like a couple of NKVD troopers with PPSh in hand right behind you – like Zhukov says, "In the Red Army, it takes a very brave man to be a coward." Great work – the blue trim really pops out! |

If they are for Winter War, I don't think there would be many PPSh SMGs or propaganda references to Fascists to hand around. Still does not make it a good idea to say no to NKVD folks

Thank you. These are very nice figures and Mark was very easy to work with it, as my requirements were quite specific. I agree the NKVD were not armed with PPSh's but PPD-38/40 SMG's. You can see that some figures are modeled with a drum magazine while one has a box magazine. I had not realised the stocks were wooden, so a slight re paint will be doen today. John |
