I am almost finished reading the paperback copy of CHIMERA by Vivek Ahuja, which deals with an Indian/Chinese clash over Tibet.
It's a good read with both sides using all their "new" toys!
It is an Amazon "print on demand" book so has its share of typos and could do with better editing for a smoother read.

Currently has a Kindle price of £1.82 GBP in the UK.
Definitely makes a change from the usual NATO/Warsaw Pact affairs!
I am enjoying it so far after 380 of 440 pages and has plenty of air action between SU27 – su30 and all the Chinese knock-offs.

It was a solid read, however for similar subject matter would highly recommend The Third World War by Humphrey Hawksley, one of the best genre books I have ever read (up there with Red Storm Rising and Red Army):

For another good contemporary author, also check out Jeff Edwards, Sword of Shiva covers the same conflict in a more convincing manner, though I would start with his earlier books The Seventh Angel or Sea of Shadows:

Reading it at the moment, interesting read actually and as has been said, is nice to see not the usual Nato vs Warsaw pact stuff.
