Having worked with the pink insulation foam, I should mention that the foam dust is slightly toxic and will get into every nook and cranny of that room unless you vacuum well at the start. I have found it best to do the sanding outside.

Another thing to remember if you are using bases similar to F&F stands, make sure your slopes on the hills are not too steep or the stands will fall off! I learned that lesson the hard way with the first board I made……..My 2nd Manassas battlefield!
