Hello all, I need to glue some air dried Crayola clay down to metal, wood and plastic (think signs) bases. Does anyone have any recommendations for gluing the clay down to these three surfaces? Thank you in advance? |

I'm not 100% sure but I would suspect PVA White glue would be the most suited. There are several Air Dry Clay Websites and the ones I looked at generally mentioned PVA as working best |

There is a site called "This to That" It help one select glues. Example: link I would seal the Air Dry Clay with PVA. Maybe the wood, as well. Then you can use any number of glues that work with metal. Like Epoxy, AC, or even Duco Cement. |

Duco Rocks
works on anything
just use a little brake fluid to remove it if your not happy with the connection or you used too much. |

I now use rapid fix for every combination of adhesive needs. It's fantastic stuff. rapid-fix.com |

I do a lot of hirst arts using various plasters, so similar to clay. PVA works great, for a super strong fix I also use liquid nails. |
