Exellent use of colours. Red, white and blue works very in this period.
Your painting is very inspiring as well as subject choice of course:)
what is NMM you mention re chariot. Like the symbol and make the king really stand out.

Hi Colin,
I don't think you can go wrong using red, white and blue.
NMM stands for non metal, metal.
Painting metal without the use of metallic paint, like proper artists do.
The inspiration for the chariot came from this YouTube link at around 28 minutes
