Are there any companies that let you just buy turrets? I am looking to do some modifications on some existing models and would like to add turrets, but don't have a supply. I have lots of Epic 40k Rhino models and would like to add the turrets to them. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. |

There is quite a variety here. The Epic Army stuff looks great and since it is made to upgrade the model that I am working with that makes it even better. Has anyone ever ordered any of this stuff? What was your experience? This will be my first experience with Shapeways. |

I know some guys on Tac Cmd have gotten Shapeways … You may want tob ask there. AFAIK, it was all good … but expensive … |

Depending on the turrets you get, it looks to me to be between $.60 USD and $2.00 USD to upgrade a rhino to a Predator or a Razor back. (Assuming you buy the larger packs.) Given what a new model runs, I don't think that is a bad deal. While not super cheap, it isn't outrageous. $2 USD is on the high side, but I probably won't be buying any of those. I will probably buy a few different sets to get a taste and then order more of the ones that I like. I will check on Tac Cmd too. |

I just received my order from Shapeways. I am impressed. These turrets are great. I can't wait to put a few of them on some models and get some paint on them. |
