Okay I am considering OGAM. I wanted to see what options are out there for 28mm wargaming. I expect most of these figures to to be taller so size isn't really important to me. I am open to any of the clip or toy soldiers. Even some options from 40mm and 56mm ranges.

Here is a brief list of who I know produces. Please add

Relic miniatures
Wargames foundry
Northstar
Hasslefree
Crocodile games

Who else?

Thanks

Reaper has many figures that could be used including giants, Valkyries, Thor, Heracles and a ton of Egyptian themed stuff.

Black Tree Designs has some good creatures and mythical beasts, plus fantasy Saracens which have been released has a separate download. Also, I use 54mm plastic Vikings as my Norse god characters.

Bronze Age Miniatures makes some Norse and Greek figures.

Great suggestions thanks. Keep um coming

I wouldn't dismiss 15mm for the human size, as you can then draw on 28mm for gods and such.

SHQ do a full set of Greek gods and some Norse and Roman ones. They were sculpted by Jim Bowen and the ones I have are really nice.

For 54mm BMC/Billy Boy carries Greeks:

Even the "Romans" in this line look Greekish.

You can get these at Hobby Lobby more often than not and use the discount coupon.

There are Egyptian Undead:

ToysRus sells these in a larger set on the isle with the toy guns and such.

Papo has an entire line of 90mm Beastmen for them to battle…including a Minotaur:

You can use action figures from Harryhausen's works, etc. Just Google Mythology Action figure. You will find stuff like this:

Awhile back there were "Pirate" and "Mythology" action figures at Target. They still show up on Ebay:

The Cyclops is great but way overpriced here:

And these 54mm Prepaints are $20 USD but worth looking at:

auction

I bet the latter is sold elsewhere at a cheaper price.

Not being much of a historical buff, I can't think of too many offhand, but any company that has an ancient, dark age, or Asian range in 25 or 28mm is going to be a good source for "mortals".

-Old Glory, and Black tree are great bargain sources.
-Wargames Factory and Warlord have plastic ranges that could be useful for ancients and vikings.
-Essex has a classic look that a lot of folks like
-Perry makes excellent figures in plastic and metal
-I don't recall the company, but the Clan War series of miniatures have a lot of possibilities.
etc, etc.

Some of the above have good figures for Heroes and Gods.

Would anyone reading this like to play OGAM at GAMEX in Los Angeles, California, May 27-30, 2016?

Don't forget Eureka Miniatures and Shadowforge for your satyrs, centaurss, nymphs and maenads,

Hafen von Schlockenberg01 May 2016 8:37 p.m. PST

And Amazons(Eureka).
Assuming, given the date of the OP, you haven't already bought, played with, and sold your collection.
