Some of the figures look a little skinny but I'd bet they all hold paint pretty well. The figure has to be pretty bad to not hold paint well. Thanks for the article. |

The skinny figures are Atlantic figures, they made a Last Stand playset in HO scale. Great posting. |

Wow, that article swings from wild speculation to some valid observations. The points about Benteen and Reno failing to act according to orders is quite valid and certainly contributed to Custer's defeat. You can mount the Atlantic troopers on better horses and it helps. but there are now two other sets of good 1/72 US cavalry figs out. Badly needed are dismounted troopers. Thanks, John |
