I just wanted to share the great service from this company. I had previously purchased their Combat Cards and liked the game so much that I recently purchased their Fantasy Cards set. Being somewhat of a techno stooge I screwed up the wi fi printing of this set. Figuring that it was my fault for being an idiot, I repurchased the game and corrected the errors that I had made in downloading and printing. Yesterday I received an email from TA that they were refunding the price of the second purchase, even after I explained that I felt that I was at fault. Great service! In addition, I have found that these games have been a great way to introduce some of my students to the hobby of wargaming. |
