"Tell Us Your Tale of TMP School Ground Childishness" Topic

I have been Dawghaused almost as a right of passage on TMP. I have been Stifled, Un-Stifled, Ignored, and received every other indignity that the site has to offer over the past few years. Yet none of this do I take seriously. It doesn't affect my dignity, self-worth or paycheck.

I have read condemnations of contributors, some I have agreed with some and some not. Again, I don't take much of it seriously.

With all of this said and with the deserved attention owed to those in any hobby that seek to suppress a hobby through ridicule and derision of others, I open this subject to those who would like to, without mentioning monikers, share their Dawghause, Stifle or ignored stories.

Please adhere to the rules of the forum, whether you know them or not, and feel free to add why stifling, ridiculing and deriding others in this hobby, slowly serves to destroy the hobby. Or, choose to differ. All would be a good read. Thanks and have a great TMP day.

I have been here around 2 or 3 weeks and have picked up 40 stifles and 30 ignores. Those numbers are guesswork. If I am grossly off I will edit them. Or not. They are not important. But what have I done to offend? Is it because I am new and prolific?
Or do some suspect me of being someone else ? If I were, would I admit it?

Not that exciting a story. Rather dull, in fact. Not suite what you are looking for since I have not been DHed yet.

Why would arguments on TMP have any great effect on the hobby in general? They are two quite different things.

I'm currently in 4th place for "most ignored" and 6th place for "most stifled", which is quite nice. My old school teachers would say that there's still room for improvement. The only childish story I have to tell is when I was sent to the DH 5 times in the space of 6 weeks, again, I would say there's room for improvement on that. In all honesty, like you, I don't take any of it at all seriously, and it certainly has no effect on the "hobby".
