Gonna be there for three weeks. Any suggestions as to place to visit or things to see? Thanks in advance, Rob.

Not that I know of. The last really good one was Heroes and Dragons, but he sold out to a guy who switched it over to just comics and used books. The new owner acted like a butt-hole to me last time I went in so I wouldn't shop there regardless…

There is Firefly Toys and Games. The miniatures are limited to the usual FoW, GW, etc. along with some Vallejo and Army Painter products. They also have a wide selection of boardgames and a large gaming area.

There is an Army museum on Fort Jackson, and the State Museum currently has an exhibit on the AWI in South Carolina (haven't seen it though). The AWI battlefields at Camden and Ninety-Six aren't too far away.

When are you going to be in town? What games do you play?

Oo, good to hear there's SOMETHING! I get down to Columbia regularly and it's always nice to have a different game store to peruse just to make the trip extra worth while.

There is also a one-man GW store at 4711 Forest Drive. They seem to have regular events.

Nazrat, if you're ever in town and have time for a game, let me know.
