Hi Everyone Have been looking for suitable 20mm figures for the British and Indian troops at Kohima/Imphal, but unsure what fits the bill. Early War Miniatures or Reiver Miniatures for Indian troops? Reiver for Brits? I have a mixture of fantassin and EWM Japanese, not sure how Reiver compare in size to these. Any other suggestions for figures greatly appreciated |

I've painted quite a lot of XIV army for customers. They chose to use Reiver Sikh figures, and Lancashire Games for British. You want the slouch hats for the British, Reiver British are in helmets. |

Thanks for the replies people Spontoon, the LG british appear to have hard hats, did they substitute Australians? A lot of pictures of the battle do show troops in hard hats though I also like the idea of slouch. Gaz, I can't find any images on the Web for CM XIV army figs. Any links you know of? |

@ Majorgaff; You may be correct there! One customer did include a few troops in helmets; particularily the mortar crews, who are reputed to have always worn helmets in action in some memoirs. |
