That's not good news. 6mm is not my scale but I'm sure quite a few people will be sad to hear this problem. Could another figure company maybe take your sculpts and add to their range? |

I don't cancel making and offering 6mm figs.
I just must reconsider my selling strategy.
Instead of mass production only limited editions perhaps.
Or I find way to increase my casting productivity.
This is just unfair that 6mm takes 15 times more work to produce than 15mm. |

I repaired my mould and I cast Austrians today and tomorrow.
Only troopers, no command and no grenadiers.
I don't know, how many you really wanted them, but I try to cover all two preliminary orders and cast some extra. If there are some people, who want order these on next week, please notice me here. Casting these 6mm are long work and I will do this only on weekends for economy reasons. Also I figured out, how to rise efficiency. I throwed back to melting pot all strips before, where one bayonet was not fully casted but other figures was okay.
I remembered, that some people wanted not strips but one piece figures. So I will separate good figures from affected strips and sell them separately. This give me 25% more successful casts.
