I am thinking about building an Chichimecs army for Mighty Armies fantasy using Khurasan Minis and would like to hear how you think this would go.

1 General stand (disciplined) AP6 SPD 4 FS 6 Support 2
4 Archer stands (Veteran/shooting II) AP4 SPD 3 FS 3 Support 1
3 CC stands (Scout) AP3 SPD 4 FS 2 Support 2
2 Raptors (Rampager) AP6 SPD 4 FS 5 Support 2

I will have enough Close Combat and Archers to play around up or down on those stands if I drop down to 1 Raptor stand or none if I choose.
As the list sits right now this gives me 9 stands. Am I shorting myself? Should I dump the Veteran trait for my Archers?
Any ideas would be helpful.

Currently they would be facing a original Wood Elf army, the original undead army, or the Roman wolfen army. I also have a Viking army on the way from Khursan which I am thinking of adding some wolves or other monster type to. As it is it will consist of a General, 4 stands of Huscarls, 2 stands of Berserkers, and 3 stands of Bondi.

Hmm, You can only have 2 scouts in the army.. but that looks good to me. Are you not using a spellcaster?

Crap I missed the 2 scout rule somehow when I did this. I wasn't planing on a spell caster but now with losing one of the CC to keep two as scouts that will free up a slot for that. if I clear up one more point somewhere else. maybe lose Disciplined on the General?

Thanks.

I would lose the dis and add the casters. It gives you a lot more options…

Okay just got a chance to go through the rules again and it says 4 scouts. So is it 2 or 4?

I am still thinking I will drop to 2 and keep a caster as you suggested though.

You can "sort of" get around the scout limitation by making one of CC units Mobile instead of Scout…

You can "sort of" get around the scout limitation by making one of CC units Mobile instead of Scout… It will still give you a nice option.
