During my second trip to Warsaw (last month) I went to the army museum again with the intention of taking pictures of the collar insignia of Polish 1939 infantry and cavalry uniforms as this is something that can be hard to find on the internet and Polish uniform details are pretty cool imo and worth checking out if you intend to paint specific units or formations for your wargaming collection or just a historically accurate display model. Check out the full post with pictures and info over at my blog here: link

Bookmarked your blog. Been thinking of doing a Chain of Command platoon for early war Poles, so great to have more info. |

I can't recommend the Polish section of Andrew Mollo's "Armed Forces of World War 2" enough for details on the uniforms. |

Steamingdave47, it may interest You that FirstToFight will start selling Polish 1939 infantry and cavalry 20 mm figures (probably metal) in the summer. Great post as always, Anatoli. |
