Interesting and very much looking forward to the "final version". It seems that the "Crisis Test" will conflate a lot of the current tests into one. Tidy rules are good rules!

Can I ask why you decided to change the In Sight check so that only one side gets to act? IMO the way CR3 does it in success per Rep level order is pretty neat. In a situation where, say, a squad of GI's round a building to find a squad of Germans coming towards them it makes sense to me that the order of opening fire would be dictated by individual reaction times (i.e using Rep in some way) rather than by nationality.

CR 3.0 is made for smaller numbers of figures so it works well. But with squads it could get tedious.

I chose to go with this style where just the leader of the group takes the test to speed it up as there can be twenty figures taking the test the first time round.

The leader gives the order to fire but it could be the NCO or, if none are present, it's the guy with the highest Rep.

You can still do it the CR 3.0 way and with the Chocolate and Cigarettes section of the rules, you just might.
