I'm looking for 6 to 8 conical tents, 19th/late-20th century (i.e. something that looks mass produced, not artisanally crafted), 15mm scaled, that could realistically house 10 to 12 men (well aliens, but never mind).

I've googled around and come across the ACW era Sibley tent I've also found hints that the Polish army might have used conical tents during WW2.

I'm aware of Irregular, Essex and Stone Mountain. But not being able to see the product nor having a rough idea of its dimensions is kind of a no-go item for me.

Anyone got pictures and/or dimensions of those? Or other suggestions?

Thanks!

Musket Miniatures sells those too in their ACW range.

Unfortunately, no photos, but I have a lot of their other tens and they are fantastic!

Third photos down in my blog shows a camp with tents from Musket Miniatures.

I bought some WWII bunkers and such from Baueda Wargames some time ago. The had a section of tents in their "KLEOS range" that might work.

May anyone share a picture of Irregular, Essex or Stone Mountain Sibley tents?

I've browsed Baueda Wargames catalog: everything they've got is too ancient for my taste. I'd like something that could conceivably be mass manufactured and government issued to a industrial warfare era army… So I'd say something in between Napoleonic Wars and WW2.

paperterrain does a 28mm colonial tent, So it could be reduced to 15mm.

Paper Terrain does them in 15mm (and 10/12mm, 20mm, and 28mm). link

I need to decide if I'm going to base them singly or en masse.

Not too found of paper stuff…

I came across those 28mm ones by Perry Miniatures.

They're not 15mm models but represent smaller tents, so all in all they could work for 4-5-meter-wide/3-4-meter-high/10-12-persons tents in 15mm? Couldn't they?

Would any one happen to have a comparison picture next to a 15mm mini?

I believe that Renedra makes them with one of their camp sets

@Borathan
Yes, the Renedra and Perry Miniatures are the same ones…

@Daddyslittlemen
Those look good, I especially like how they rendered the tension lines in the cloth. No size indication, tough…
