My good friend and somewhat renown Bay Area wargamer Nick Stern, organized and ran a game of "Not Men, But Demons!" at his place this past April 30th, on the 151st Anniversary of the Legion's mythic last stand behind the parched walls of la Hacienda de la Trinidad, in the deserted village of Camerone (or "el Camaron").

I wish I could have been there with him, but after reading his Battle Report and seeing the pics he sent along with them, I almost feel like I was! I believe he's already posted this to the Maximillian Adventure Yahoo Group, but if you missed it there, and are interested, please check it out on my Camerone Day blog:

Outstanding. When I lived in Missouri, we did the same thing with Roark's Drift.
