Got my first Xyston figures yesterday – some Carthaginian Sacred Band. Although it seems odd to me, it appears that they all have long sleeves. Can anyone please advise?
They are really nice figures, and that leads me even more to believe im seeing long sleeves. Could be a bracer or bracelet too

According to Duncan Head's 'Armies of the Macedonian and Punic Wars': "The usual Carthaginian dress was a knee-length or longer tunic
normally with long sleeves". |

Folks that dwell in hotter climates with a lack of cover from the sun wear longer cloths to hide their skin from the sun. This is true even today. Long sleeves are correct on these figures. |
