I am looking for an accomplished sculptor who can make 18th century artillery equipment and wagons to complement the Minden and Fife & Drum figure ranges in 1/56 scale. I will want to see examples of your work and a list of clients who you have worked for.

I pay well for good work, I'm easy to get along with, and I will not pester you to meet unrealistic deadlines.

If you are interested then contact me at

Mr. Dan Levy is just the man you want! He did a wonderful 20mm AWI British piece for Outland Games; several for Askari Miniatures and a ton of vehicles for our (GFI) Modern and Minifigs WWII ranges. I also have seen (and master molded) 10mm medieval siege equipment from him as well for a client that never paid for his work.

Dan is US based. He moved from Colorado to the east coast and I have lost track of him since I have been stationed in Germany. Suggest you contact Al at Askari to see if he remains in contact with him. Dan is reasonably priced, stays in contact with you on the project and delivers a high quality product in a reasonable amount of time! Since he models in plastic, you should lay in a stock of low temp molds or find a form that can convert to metal at a good price.

Good luck with your project, Fritz!
Tom
