So, I found out about and got the Dr. Who Dalek Invasion Risk. Reasonable mechanics (basic Risk is a subset of the game; the additional mechanics seem to add interesting flavor and effects), awesome pieces.

So I want to pull one set of the Daleks out and use them for 20mm and 15mm scifi gaming (there are two sizes 15 big ones and 36 little ones), which is my best estimate of size visually.

In order to keep five armies in the box, what 15mm/20mm figures are … or would serve as … alternate Earth invasion Dr. Who armies? Cybermen? Sontarans? Zygons (please!)? Movellans?

I am pretty sure any beret-wearing moderns would work for UNIT. Which is important, as the two player game uses three "neutral" armies … a situation ripe for putting some UNIT forces on the board instead of "neutral" Daleks.

For Cybermen – Rebel Minis Tomcats (though they may be a little big):

And there's a line of terminator-ish skeletal robots, but I can't remember who makes them.

I found this thread that shows greens for very Slitheen-y looking figures. Maybe you could track down where the figures ended up.

Which reminds me…

CP Models have a kiddy-sized 28mm not-Slitheen which might be ok for 15mm: link

… and also some squid-faced 15mm minions which might be sufficient for Ood: link
