It's time for a round up of what's new on the Lone Warrior blog (official blog of the Solo Wargamers Association), and a varied take it is this time. Several members have been out and about visiting conventions
.even the solo gamer needs to shop now and again ! Chris Hahn has been to Adepticon 2014 : link despite battling a cold ! Jonathan Aird went to Salute, and realised there was no way he was going to see everything
link Paul Le Long reviews two Ospreys – MAA 123 Australian Army at War 1899-1975 PDF link and MAA 109 Ancient Armies of the Middle East PDF link both of which get the thumbs up. And finally Rob Morgan has found a review of Battles with Model Soldiers from Tradition magazine in the early 1970s – link a bit of nostalgia this ! Good Reading ! |
