Just received the first print from a small range of miniatures Im working on for WWII era power armor its "influences" should be pretty obvious. Will be available for 15mm and 28mm. The scale might need a little tweaking before release but I would be interested to know your general thoughts.

No that is 3D printing material. Love it! Very inspired by the Machine Krieger line. |

Influence you say? yes we will leave it at "influenced" :), I think it looks great, I was really looking for these a few years ago, but there have been several releases with the same influence lately and I bought a few. Now what would really impress me is if you came out with a 15mm Melusine M.a.k inspired suit, or a whole range that covers all the versions. |

I agree with Gunner Dunbar, I love the look of the SAFS style you have there and I'd be sure to get a stack
but I'd love to see some Gustav and Melusine styles as well. Glad to know they're planned for 28 as well! |

I love the SAFS and the Ma.K universe (and have looked at getting a license to do SF3D/Ma.K figures and game in 15mm, but it could be a financial disaster) but I warn you: the SF3D/Ma.K community is RABID about IP infringement of ANY kind and are very protective of Kow Yokoyama and his work, and tend to come down like a hammer. |

That is rather lovely in 15mm. |

Love them, will buy a lot once released. |

I like it. My WW2 stuff is 20mm and 6mm, so that is what I would be interested in. |

@totalmech Yes they are made from soap. Got John Dillinger working on them for me. @Gunner Dunbar and ehpeall More will follow if I can break even. Gustav is next. Dunbar do you have links for the others available maybe I can save cash. @Darkest Star Games if you go ahead I will buy a lot of them! Only doing this because of a gap that I need to fill. If the fans get to crazy ill just make them for myself which was the original intent. @stealth1000 Thanks do you think they are a little tall? @Mcwong if your happy with the size they are technically available now PM me @ Otto the Great the one above should work with 20mm ill get some comparison shots when I'm home next. |

Love them, are they available in 28mm yet and what sort of price range would/ are we looking at? Cheers Jon |
kozak1980 | 23 Apr 2014 4:54 p.m. PST |
@Johny Boy they need to be resized for 28mm. Cost is pretty high as they are being printed at the moment. But not terrible if you think of them as vehicles and not infantry. I have been looking for someone to cast them but its a pretty secretive business. I will find pricing for you soon. |

That's funny, I was just browsing the shapeways miniatures section last night, thought "huh, that's new," and now I'm considering a fireteam
|
kozak1980 | 23 Apr 2014 8:55 p.m. PST |
@Fritadas wait till a few hours need to make sure all files are correct. Files now have correct names if you think there is a price difference it is because the original 15mm one prints to small. |

For a license you'd need o go through Hasagawa, who is now producing the 1/72 and 1/20 scale lines, or get a 1 day license for Wonderfest in Japan (which just isn't economical). Getting a full-time license is pretty expensive

kozak1980: Recommended material? PS&F? S&F? FUD? The above pic looks just fine basic S&F. Let me know when it's ready to go. |

@Grommet37 Strong and flexible is fine for the larger model and for the most part the smaller ones as well however ultra detail will give you a smoother finish. Probably a good time to mention that any money will be 100% reinvested in more poses and sizes. Right now I need $175 USD to create 4 poses in 15mm and 4 poses in 28mm I will be doing this regardless however any purchases will speed this up 97c a hit (Thanks Shapeways) |
Flavin | 24 Apr 2014 7:40 p.m. PST |
Actually if you could size it up for 1/76th scale it would go well with some of the existing 1/76 scale Ma.K things out there now. I have sooooo wanted to game this on the tabletop. but if you only do the 28 or 15mm I would buy a chunk of 15mm ones. looking at your pic on the OP what size is this example? |
kozak1980 | 24 Apr 2014 10:26 p.m. PST |
@Flavin I want to avoid what is already available from Ma.K as its not licensed so this and 28 will be it. I have always wanted to wargame with them too thats why id like to sell a few to get more poses and a gustav made. The one in the picture is the one on shapeways link |

Just ordered a platoon in WS&F. Very reasonable at under six bucks per. They're perfect for my Rebel/Insurgent/Irregular faction, who will be fielding ancient weapons from the Weird War, commandeered from private collectors or stolen in daring raids on the Museum of Universal Concord. I'd definitely be interested in other poses for the 15mm range. Thanks. |

@grommet your a champion. I hope you enjoy them. |

Hope it helps you to make more, if only for your own enjoyment, but hopefully for mine as well. Cheers. |
