Wow I really like this, wondering how big it is though

Looking around it's 35mm tall with an estimated retail price of $16.00 USD. It is currently part of a just completed Kickstarter.

It looks like something for "Arrows of Indra" rpg or Tekumel/Empire of the Petal Throne. Maybe a random type of demon or god for a sword & sorcery game.

That was the demon's name in The Exorcist.

In the book, yes.
The expository chapters with Father Merrin on a dig in Iraq mention the demon by name. He had faced him previously in Africa and of course later in Georgetown.
I think the idol is shwoen in the movie in the desert.

It also shows up in one of Tardi's Adele Blanc Sec volumes.

Recalled him from Exorcist; then got more familiar with the AD&D version of Pazuzu (he ruled the first layer of the abyss), even DMed a PC excursion into the abyss where the PC's had to get through the first layer…

I want to like this figure, but the size of the wings? Looks almost like they are an afterthought. Magical flight, yes, but more pronounced wings would look better IMO.
