Very nice! I will be doing something similar (HaT 1/72 supplimented with metal figs by IT minis) so I am bookmarking your site as reference.

Are the artillery crew the HaT WW1 British crew with head swaps?

Yup, head swaps. Sadly there are only 8 sun helmet heads in the box so the whole lot can't get them. Good luck with your own project.
