Those are pretty horrible original sculpts. well, at least the man holding the drain pipe is. perhaps it is a roll of wrapping paper meant for the Christmas Truce?

While you have taken an OK figure and a useless figure, and made something mildly cool out of them, you still need to bulk out the actually launcher part on the muzzle. the British one is a big thick chunk on the end which gives it a very distinctive silhouette.

I own a few, and have used them at WW1 reenactments. They are probably the heaviest of all the WW1 launchers,
