I have decided my French 7YW army needs the Royal Cantabres regiment (colours, country and all my regiments are from wine producing regions) but they apparently wore a blue bonnet. Apart from hacking off some Scottish heads, any thoughts from the TMP Hivemind on creating their millinery? link |

There are Franco-Scottish figures of the Royal Ecossais for the 1745 Rebellion that wear bonnets so you won't have to do hat/head transplants. |

If you are into head hacking or serious conversion work, have a look at the Perry Carlists. A lot of work – major sex change surgery as a friend described it to me
but the berets are correct. After all, the regiment came from the French Basque country. |
