The last cavalry charge in Western Europe was carried out on 19th October 1918 by the 1st Regiment of the Guides at Burkel, Belgium YouTube link Anyone wargame this? Hope you enjoy!. Amicalement

The last cavalry charge by a Belgian cavalry regiment ;-). British cavalry were involved in charges up until the last day of the war. I have not wargamed this action but have done several of the battles that involved Guides (my favourite cavalry uniform), Lanciers, etc from the first weeks of the war. Robert |
