Quite interesting reading.
Specially the fault of Napoleon to supply Spain by sea which meant that their armies lived only of plunder and the consequences that occurred with the civilian population.

Well it's an interesting article, but his conclusion is wrong because he isn't aware of the conspiring Spanish minister Godoy. To say Napoleon was primarily interested in the ships of Spain and Portugal is a new twist I've never heard; likely because it isn't the case.
