Bushy Run Battlefield17 Apr 2014 10:05 a.m. PST

We will be having a Games Day on June 14th at Bushy Run Battlefield.

The event will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the stone room of the museum. Admission will be $5 USD and will include tours of the museum and battlefield. Discount admission is available for seniors and children and all active dury military members get in for free with government ID.

Contact us at bushyrunbattlefield@gmail.com with any questions or for Game Masters to register a game.

The day will be fun filled and there will be door prizes as well as prizes given out throughout the day.

Bushy Run Battlefield is located in Western Pennsylvania near Harrison City. It is about a 40 minute drive East of Pittsburgh. The museum is located on the site of the 1763 battle between British forces and Native American forces during Pontiac's War.

This will be a great time to see a piece of American history and get some gaming in at the same time.

That is a great idea! I am getting married that day otherwise I might be tempted to visit!

I've been there a number of times. I think its a great idea. The demo game done this past year along with the display were well done. I sent an email with my questions.

AWESOME! I will be travelling that day by POV from FT Indiantown Gap, PA to FT Jackson, SC for TDY.

I suppose I shall have to see about a "detour"…

You should bring the OFM with you.

Except he'd have to find his own way home… since I'd be heading South…

Can't you just mail him? There is a post office not far from the battlefield.

We will have 6 open tables. There will be four 6x5 foot tables and two 8x5 foot tables. We will also have a Bushy Run game table at the front of the room.
