PaperTerrain has a huge selection of buildings and accessories in 10mm (not a lot of ACW, admittedly).

We are working on a line of 10mm buildings and accessories that will be available around the middle of May. They will be of the same high standard as our 15mm buildings.

Not sure who is making them now, but check with Jim Brokaw on TMP he makes some great 10mm figures and buildings.
jbmodelships@windstream.net is the email I have.

If you're looking for the Old North State buildings sculpted by Jim Brokaw, I think Doug at Battlefield Terrain Concepts still has some in stock and may indeed, even cast them.

Brokaw's figures also work well with the Perrin line.
