Are the warpath and dead zone enforcers interchangeable?

What are the special weapons that come in the warpath box sets?

Thanks

The DZ ones are all resin plastic (restic) so no metal bits. Some of the special weapons in the regular WP boxes are metal. DZ and WP models are interchangeable for virtually all things/bits.

As much as I detest restic, they are worse, IMO, when you try to mate metal and restic in a single model.

The DZ enforcers include regular enforcers, 1 captain (similar to 40k terminators), 1 sniper, 1 engineer, 2 sentry guns, and an assault enforcer (pistol & blade) that you can also use as your sergeant and a missile launching enforcer.

The WP kits give you a heavy machine gun bit as the heavy weapon for a standard team. They also have heavy weapons teams (metal weapons) that give missile launcher and a couple of other weapons---I never bought that because of the metal.

The models are interchangeable.

They also have a burst laser trooper, which is probably what you're calling an HMG in the WP range – certainly serves the same role. The DZ version is an all-restic model.

The metal WP captain model is much bigger than the restic DZ version of the same, and the two look rather out of place next to one another. The restic DZ one also has an optional cloak, which the metal one doesn't.

Yeah, burst laser is the HMG I was talking about.
I also didn't know the metal WP Captain was larger.
Thanks, Chief :)

What about the special weapon that is in the assualt squad?

Also does the assault box include the rifle arms as well?

I can't tell what the assault squad's special weapon is from Mantic's online store pics.

I do not know if the assault box includes rifle arms in addition to the pistol/blade arms.

thing to bear in mind with the enforcers is that there is very little poseability with the arms, certainly with the right arms the hands & forearm are moulded onto the weapons, and the left arm ends in a socket which joins to the hand moulded to the front grip.

i have removed the rifles before and its a fiddly job, not ideal minis for conversions or weapons swaps,

Nick
