I recently completed work on the 1/700 scale PLAN Type 056 corvette from Shapeways.
Overall, the ship turned out pretty well. But I did have to do a few of my own modifications (like adding the forward gun). You can see the final work in this post on my blog. link The previous post has more information about the modifications I did to the original figure. Dave
