These have been very difficult to find, until the recent news about re-releasing the ranges by Companion. Good to paint, and lovely figures to boot. Well, if these guys could afford boots, that is…

Paul nice work. Also Joe you will like the numidian legion. The only thing that I do not like is that there is no dimple on the back of the shield for the hand. Cheers Mike Adams

Thanks for looking, folks.

@Joe, purely by chance I already have some of the Numidian legion figures, and very nice they are too. I was going to sell them on, because I only have a few, and then Glenn announced the good news about putting them back into production. I will definitely be buying more of them at one point. Thanks for the comment about the skin tone, by the way – I wanted something of a desert tan, so it was a bit of an experiment! It will be a while before I get around to that, though – I have loads of the Romans to paint. Even so, I'll probably need to buy some more command figs for those too. I am really pleased that they will be back in production.

@Mike, Simon and Darrell – thanks for looking – high praise indeed. I still dream about meeting up for a gigantic game in the middle of the Atlantic somewhere, with collections from both shores.

Cheers, all
Paul
