So far I have: 1) The "Lord of the Jungle and Familiar" by Julie Guthrie, comes with "Cheetah" 2) The Tarzan, Jane, Boy, Chimp set (Foundry??) 3) Tin Man (?) Jungle Lord with detached spear/hand 4) Tarzan with bow/spear/knife and a Jane (with blade and windswept hair) that came with it. MAy or may not be from same maker
I also have a female priestess with Baboon and a witchdoctor/Shaman(ess) that, due to clothing and uncertain gender traits, can pass as female companions along with some Voctorian dressed/armed females, plus the Reaper Female Mad Scientist. Looking for more "Tarzan and company" figures to represent regional "Tarzans" with proper animal and human companions. I have Panthers, Lion/Lioness, and looking for Tiger/Elephant/Rhino/Etc., to fill in the ranks. 1) One for Africa with Gorillas/Apes 2) One for (a different part of) Africa with Chimps 3) One for North Africa/Middle East with priestess of lost civilization and baboon 4) One for India (will have Tiger) and possibly monkey 5) One for Indonesia/Malaysia with Oranutang Ideas for more figures? |

Blue Moon has them in 15mm if you want to scale jump. Copplestone has both male and female archeologist figs that would work well as Jane and her father for the early days before she became Lady Greystoke – or later on, since she sure didn't dress in rags and skins all the time outside of Hollywood movies. |

Ah! #4 is Ral Partha's Jungle Lord sculpted by Dennis Mize Ordered Kojar set. One or two other sets (Volcano Queen among them) looked good but not enough sets to qualify for a free set so I just ordered the one. Looks like my #1 is the Reaper set. Will check out Blue Moon, thanks. And Copplestone. |

The Partha one is still available from Iron Wind, search on "jungle" on their store. |

Not quite Tarzan, but there are also the old Ral Partha Beastmasters miniatures, each of which featured a semi-naked male or female barbarian/jungle lord with an accompanying prehistoric animal. Any of them would work for lost world settings. Best of all, they were all sculpted by Dennis Mize, so they'd match the RP jungle lord perfectly. Here's the full listing on the Lost Minis Wiki: link Iron Wind Metals still sells the animals: link Ral Partha Europe sells the old and excellent African animals, including an elephant, giraffe, wildebeest, gemsbok, hippo, croc, cheetah, hyena, and others: link The boxed set is an excellent deal. Lots of companies do gorillas. I really like the ones from Foundry: link Foundry also does wildebeests, rhinos (including a baby), and giraffes: link Reaper sells several different monkeys: link Black Cat Bases does 4 different orangutans: link |

Does the Northstar team use Reaper figures or this just parallel design or am I just confused? Nice team by the way even if slightly elite commando type structure compared to some like the Mexican rebels with Young Dons for leaders and lots of non-fanatic peons

Not a figure idea but how about Tarzan in Sth or Central America? I did see 1 Tarzan in Thailand movie with Woody Strode as the baddie. |

Need him in a suit, as well. He's been 'civilized' in New York and London, at least. Doug |
