At the end of last year I started a 10mm War of the Roses project to use with our soon-to-be-released rules for mass fantasy, medieval and ancient combat, entitled; "Bear Yourselves Valiantly". I thought I would take this opportunity to post some example pictures of a few of the units I've completed so far.
The figures are from Pendraken.

Nice work with the painting. Your basing certainly outdoes mine. Though I will admit that tuft in the second photo seems a little too large to my eye. Might just be the close-up effect. But still very excellent work.

They are designed for fighting large battles, with each base representing about 400 men. Three or four bases are grouped together under a leader, and these are in turn commanded by a higher level commander.
Typically a player will control 12 to 16 bases.
Unit base sizes are 3" x 1.5", While command and artillery bases are 1.5" square.
