Does anyone have a plate or pics I can send to my painter? I have the cuff and turn back colors but some times pictures are easier. Also was the Grenadier helmet Silver? What color was the back? Were drummers different? Thanks in advance Ashok |

WCTFreak, that first picture link is to the Rall Grenadier Regiment. Not the Trumbach/Bose Musketier Regiment. They are not the same Hessian Regiment, they are completely different units. |

He is just covering all bases. His first link at one point WAS "Trumbach". It gets confusing when your regiments are named after the Colonel, and then the name chnges when the Colonel dies or moves on. Supply all the information and let the OP decide which he wants. |

Buttons and Grenadier Hats were of yellow metal according to my findings. Here is the link for von Block/Lengerke converged Grenadiers, to which Bose/Trumbach belonged. link |
