They are very nice , tall and slim, well proportioned figures. Mine sit alongside my Perry and Warlord stuff but will not mix in the same units:

I bought some but then got rid of them because they're so completely different in size to all other "28mm" Naps (Perry, Victrix, Front Rank, Calpe, Warlord)

They are so slim they might work well with HAT figures.

I semi fixed some riflemen that crossed the "lines" and into my army ;) (thanks M) I used the victix light infantry heads after lopping of the originals, a slightly bigger head and they work just fine now mixed in with a few other makes. Cheers

I bought their 'Sharpe's Rifles' character set, but still languishing at the bottom of my lead pile…..Looked great though, and as they are individual characters I wasn't too bothered by their anatomical correctness (if you see what I mean!)

They are very nice figures, with more or less correct proportions. Which means they will look strange beside the chunky offerings from Front Rank, Perry, Foundry, etc.
They look fine in their own units – I have some of their riflemen and voltigeurs for Sharp Practice games.

I think I must have strange eyes – or else it seems to me that the oft-repeated "Alban are the only correctly proportioned figures, all the rest are wrong" has been a very succesful piece of marketing (it appears on every Alban-related thread).

To my eyes, Perry and Calpe (for example) are extremely realistic and well-proportioned, while Alban figures, though nice, look strangely thin and less realistically posed – taking the four figs at the top of this thread as an example.

Maybe it's not my eyes, maybe it's my legs – because they are certainly not proportioned like that!
