Forget the NWO or illuminati.

Think about it, inn all of human history there has been war, just when you think it's calming down some stuff hits the fan(like in europe now)

I think some 10 000 years ago, a group of powerfull wargamers came togather and decided to make sure we always had lots of wars. so we had lots of wars to wargame.

I'm sure someone whisperd in Napoleons ear, hey you have some cool uniforms on your soldiers, we wargamers what to paint them, now go to war with russia or we will depose you!

We are everywere!!

Stepping into reality for moment, there have been a lot of famous people who have also been wargamers. These people have been in positions of power that has affected our history.

So I guess we do rule the world…

You think we humans control things? How quaint.

No one said the Overmind from Beta Omicron IV wasn't a wargamer.

What did the figs look like 10,000 years ago?
And what scale did the Overgamers use?

And what scale did the Overgamers use?

1:1 of course…

Given that wargaming is more a peacetime activity than a wartime one, wouldn't it be better for your hypothetical wargamer-nobles to simply maintain a state of peace and fill the history books with made-up wars?

Hey, maybe the Napoleonic wars were nothing but a drunken brawl in a Leipzig bordello? grin

I think jurisdiction is shared with trick-or-treaters, tiddly-wink players, shoplifters and drinking gamers.

We really don't need any incentive or instruction in the art of killing…. We do quite well on our own :) It is nice ,however, that when we play no one gets hurt. I think Don Featherstone said it best "There are no lead widows or orphans"

I can neither confirm or deny…….

[Send the ninja squad out tonight for broaching this issue on a public forum, and make it look like an accident……]

I hear Eureka is coming out with a range of lead widows and orphans in 28mm… :)

No, not by a long shot.

Yes they do.

Unfortunately though, the Rules Lawyers, Power Gamers, and persons who want to run war game clubs rather than play games have so frustrated the rest, the people who like to have fun and play games, that the latter have retired to private life and solo gaming in many cases. The remainder of the three nominated above explains the history of the world.
