So this has been an expensive and trying few months for me. The laser took over $1 USDk to repair ($400 was my own stupidity in breaking a new tube) and I am still really far behind on orders but the plan is to catch up really quick. The laser has been upgraded to cut faster so that will help a lot. Its been a rough few months and our customer service has slipped well below acceptable along with very long delays in shipping orders. However, the plan is to get back on our feet quickly and do some rapid fire new releases in April as a lot of projects have gotten backed up due to these issues. |

I so wish other manufacturers would use pages like this to keep customers and potential customers informed as you do. Not just about break downs, but also new products, future projects and the like. Keep up the good work. |
