Polyversal gets air time with Meeples and Miniatures – very cool. I started a thread on TacCom about my thoughts on the podcast, but I'll put a link to it here as well.

I am working through the podcast, I listen to it in installments as I commute around.

I am very interested in the system, in particular is ability to be customizable, do you have any idea as to whether it could be adapted for 6mm moderns?

Kealios24 Mar 2014 9:36 a.m. PST

Well, the ruelset is for 6mm specifically. I imagine that all you'd need to do is limit the technology to what you'd consider modern equivalent.

Strike Legion had a "modern" add-on. Maybe Polyversal will do the same if it's needed.

JJMicromegas, I think you could play moderns with Polyversal just by not selecting the sci-fi weapon systems for your vehicles. Machine guns, conventional tank guns, rockets, missiles, etc. are all there, and as long as you don't select the superheavy and larger ones, you should be fine. I have some vietnam and modern era microarmor that I use as primitive, local militia units games. --Ken, Polyversal designer
