Hi, just finished a new Napoleonic battalion for my Waterloo project. This time the 1st battalion of the 46th Line infantry charging into British fire.

I needed to do a "Last Stand" entry for the Analogue Hobbies painting challenge and had a bunch of Perry metals lying around waiting for paint so I decided to use Napoleon's last dash for victory as the basis for my entry.

Mostly Perry metals with a few of their plastics thrown in. The colonel is from Warlord as is the eagle on the flag. Finally the flag is from GMB designs.

A few more pictures can be found from my blog for those more interested! link

Nice paintwork, although I've never liked casualties in my units, seems they never roll dice well.

Thanks!

Yeah putting casualties on bases is always risky :) I also made sure they won't hit anything by skipping the painting of their eyes. So I guess these will be the first Bleeped texts going in and starting to wear the enemy down :)
